The Crest Studios sits at 7,000 ft in Mukteshwar, among oak and pine, off the ridge road but never far from it. The idea was simple: build small, keep the trees, leave most of the hillside alone, and let the place feel like the mountains around it rather than a colony dropped onto them. Most mornings here are fog and birdsong and a long view east toward Nanda Devi.

How we planned the site
The Crest Studios is a NatureShell community in Mukteshwar, Nainital: studios through 2 BHK at 7,000 ft. We kept the buildings low and narrow so they sit under the tree line, and angled the larger windows east toward the sunrise and Nanda Devi. Forest trails, a clubhouse, yoga decks and viewpoints are all inside the gate. The point is not a retreat from life. It is a place to actually live in the mountains.

Getting here, and getting away from here
The Crest Studios sits off the main road above Mukteshwar. The tourist bustle is a few bends away; the cafés, the forest trails, the viewpoints and the Shiv Temple are closer still.
Kathgodam and Haldwani are the nearest railheads; Pantnagar is the airport. The drive up from any of them is part of the point. It feels remote once you arrive, but it is not hard to reach.

NatureShell builds small communities in the hills. We keep the site low and the trees standing, source stone and timber locally where we can, and design for the actual climate rather than against it. The aim is a home that settles into its surroundings and stays quiet about itself. What you notice at The Crest Studios is the ridge, the oak and the morning fog. The buildings try not to get in the way.

We offer four configurations: Crest Studio (~325 sq.ft), Crest Studio Deluxe (~410 sq.ft with balcony), Crest 1 BHK (~560 sq.ft with panoramic deck), and Crest 2 BHK (~820 sq.ft family home). All units come with forest or valley views.
The project is about 340 km from New Delhi, roughly a 6.5 hour drive via NH9. A train to Kathgodam (82 km away) or a flight into Pantnagar Airport (98 km) gets you closer, and the mountain road up to Mukteshwar takes it from there.
Mukteshwar is a growing hill destination in Uttarakhand with a tight supply of built homes, steady rental demand from remote workers and tourists, and a year-round climate at 7,000 ft. Those are the conditions that tend to support value over time, though we won't promise specific returns. NatureShell also offers rental management if you'd like the unit let out when you aren't using it.
The community includes a clubhouse and lounge, forest walking trails, a café and sit-outs, a yoga deck, scenic viewpoints, 24×7 gated security, power backup, natural spring water supply, a bonfire area, organic garden plots, a stargazing deck, and a children's play area. All of it sits within 2.5 acres of hillside.
